Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Koddeo platform, accessible at koddeo.com. Koddeo is a marketplace allowing users to publish, share, and find referral codes.
2. Access to the Service
Access to the site is free. Viewing referral codes does not require an account. Publishing codes, purchasing boosts, and subscribing to Premium require creating a user account.
3. User Account
Users agree to provide accurate information during registration. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any fraudulent use of an account may result in suspension or deletion.
4. Referral Codes
Users can publish one referral code per company. Codes must be valid and correspond to a real referral program. Koddeo reserves the right to remove any code reported as invalid, expired, or fraudulent. Koddeo is not responsible for the operation of third-party referral programs.
5. Boost and Premium
Paid services (Boost and Premium) are provided via Stripe. Boost temporarily increases the visibility of a code. Premium subscription offers automatic daily refresh and display priority. Payment, refund, and cancellation conditions are detailed during purchase.
6. User Content
Users are solely responsible for content they publish on Koddeo (codes, descriptions, comparisons). Any illegal, defamatory, misleading, or inappropriate content may be removed without notice. Users grant Koddeo a non-exclusive license to display and distribute their content on the platform.
7. Liability
Koddeo acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the validity or operation of published referral codes. Koddeo cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of a referral code. Users use codes at their own risk.
8. Modification of Terms
Koddeo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
